Here at Hetherington Education we aim to provide high quality products, fit for purpose. However, occasionally you may experience an issue with one of our products. As all our products come with a minimum 1 year guarantee for normal use, you can relax, knowing your product will be either repaired or replaced dependent on the issue and manufacturer.

N.B - Many products come with even longer guarantees; as high as 15 years;
